Our Story
TRG begins a 20+ year run of being in the top 5 offices within MRI's over 1,000 franchises.
WorkRocket is founded by TRG President Jay Schwartz and TRG VP of Operations Paul Cornell (now the standing President of WorkRocket).
TRG leaves its franchiser MRI along with the other top 5 offices and becomes an incredibly successful wholly owned entity.
Demand caused by the COVID-19 pandemic triples WorkRocket's business due thousands of companies needing help finding drivers, warehouse personnel, maintenance, machinists, welders, and healthcare professionals (among others).
WorkRocket has helped 3,288 companies fill over 14,000 positions and counting.

President
Paul is the President and Founder of WorkRocket, Inc., which he established in 2009, bringing over 30 years of experience in the recruiting industry. With more than 16 years leading WorkRocket, he also serves as Vice President of Operations for The TRG Family of Companies and is recognized as an innovative expert in recruitment.

Since joining WorkRocket in 2013, Greg has become the organization’s top revenue contributor and most successful salesperson, recognized for his leadership and strategic problem-solving. He’s highly regarded for his client-focused approach, deep expertise in staffing for manufacturing and heavy equipment sectors, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Since joining The Richmond Group USA family of companies in 2010, Tyler has advanced from Research Analyst to Client Services Manager, helping grow and develop the WorkRocket team to better serve clients. With a background in Operations Research and a passion for training others, he’s dedicated to building strong client relationships and fostering team success, while staying active in his community through volunteer work and personal interests.
